Obituary of Nicholas Mark John

Nicholas "Nick" Mark John joined Christ Our Lord on December, 30, 2021 after fighting Lymphoma.  Nick was born on November 22, 1950 to Ervin and Marcella John in Long Prairie, MN, the fourth of 10 children. He attended Saint Walburga Grade School in Fletcher, MN; Crosier Seminary, high school through 2nd year of college; University of Minnesota and graduated with a degree in Social Work. He worked for Stearns County in Children's Mental Health for 33 years!

Nick married Peggy (Hosch) from North Saint Paul, on Friday, January 13, 1995 (a frigid winter night). 

Nick's family is: Daughters: Sarah (Paul, Charlotte), Rosamund (Chris; Nathaniel, Josephine, Louisa), Anna (Josh; Wren, Asa), Jennifer (Eric; Zoë), Caroline (Ted; Mia, Ella), Amanda (Gustavo; Karla), and Megan (Peter; Doni, Sonnie). Brothers and Sisters: Linda, twins Jenifer and Jackie, Mark, Roger, Connie, twins Kay and Kathy, Joe.

The funeral is Friday, January 7, at Saint Peter's Catholic Church in North Saint Paul. Visitation: 10AM. Mass 11AM. Burial at Saint Mary's Cemetery.
