Age 82, of St. Paul, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Born on January 13, 1940 in Oxford, England to parents, Reginald & Phyllis Sammons. Preceded in death by, parents; sisters, Val and Ann; son, David; daughter, Deborah; grandson, John; great-granddaughter, Justine; father-in-law, Charles Watters; mother-in-law, June Watters; and first husband, Donald Pflepsen. Survived by second husband of 51 years, Michael Charles Watters; children, Theresa (Isavel Gonzales) Young, Nicholas Pflepsen, Norman Gilpin-Watters, Joy (Patrick Budde) Pflepsen-Watters, Michelle (Joseph) Schneider, and Dawn (Jason) Powers; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Ernest, Gordon, & Tony; precious dog, Bandit; neighborhood grandma to many; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends across the pond. Funeral service at 12 PM on Monday, February 28, 2022 at Sandberg Funeral Home (2593 E. 7th Avenue, No. St. Paul) with visitation starting at 10AM. Burial at Roselawn Cemetery.
