Obituary of Elizabeth Theresa Holl-Juaire

Holl-Juaire, Elizabeth "Betty" T.

Age 96 of St. Paul, MN, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2023. 

Betty was born in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada and she lived at the Holy Family residence (Little Sisters of the Poor). 

Betty is preceded in death by her husband, John M. Holl; second husband, Dean Juaire; son, Kevin Holl; parents, Brigid and Francis Scurrey; and siblings, Jack, Mary, Loretta, and David. 

Betty is survived by children, Brian E. Holl (Palma Ingles), Barbara (Mike) Schmank, Teresa (Mike) Gockowski, Michael (Vicki) Holl; 10 grandchildren, Dustin (Jodie) Holl, Eric Holl (Danielle Bohlin), Mary Catherine Schmank, Aggie (Cam) Clark, Mike Schmank, Susie Schmank, David (Bernadette) Gockowski, Stephanie (Daniel) Welter, Anthony (Liz) Gockowski, Lindsey (Mark) Drewiske; 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Betty was a member of the St. Paul Cathedral choir and the Church of the Assumption choir. She was a dedicated volunteer for 30 years with the Little Sisters of the Poor and a very active member in the St. Paul Hiking Club. Betty leaves behind many dear friends whom offered tremendous support in her final years of life.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Church of the Assumption, 51 W 7th St, St Paul, MN 55102 on April 13, 2023, at 10 AM (visitation 9 AM-10 AM).

Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
