February 25, 1931 - April 29, 2024

Passed away peacefully at home with his family. Loving husband to Arlene McKown (deceased),  Stepfather to Joan (Jim) Schmidt, Karen Harper, Gail Handler, Steven Handler (deceased) Grandfather to: Rhonda, William (deceased), Aaron, Jacob, Jennifer, Roman, Tawny, Jessica; Great grandfather to 34 and great, great grandfather to 4.   Alan was a brilliant man who worked at 3M as a chemical engineer for nearly 39 years and had several patents to his credit.

Mass of Christian burial Thursday 5/16/24 @ noon at the Church of St Peter, 2600 N. Margaret St., North St. Paul.  Visitation one hour before mass. Burial to follow immediately after mass at St Mary’s Cemetery.  Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
